We also offer free delivery on orders over $100.
Delivery area:
We service the following areas: Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Milton
Delivery Options & Fees:
- All deliveries are done by our delivery team in the GTA area outlined above. There is a cost of $10 + HST. There are no deliveries on the weekends and we require that someone is there for order pickup. Our staff will not leave orders unattended. In cases where you are not home, you will need to come pickup your order from our Solmaz Foods Location. Orders placed before 11:30AM automatically qualify for same day delivery. All other orders will be delivered the next day.
- Solmaz Foods Location Pickup: You can choose to pickup your order at our 16 Jutland Rd, Etobicoke location. Our hours of operation are: Monday – Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM and Sunday: 9 AM – 5PM. There is no additional fees. Orders made before 3pm will be completed within 2 hours and ready for same-day pickup. Otherwise, it will be ready by 9:30AM next day.
Order & Delivery Tracking:
Sign in to your Sepet account in the “My Account” section and select the “My Orders” tab. You will be represented with a list of your current and previous orders along with their status (pending, submitted, completed, and cancelled).
Order Cancellation:
- NO RETURNS ON OPEN OR SHIPPED MEAT PRODUCTS.
- Solmaz Delivery – You can cancel before your order is shipped or request a refund before accepting the shipment.
- Solmaz Foods Location Pickups – You have 48 hours to cancel this order, there is no refunds available afterwards.
